Failed to Establish the connection to the Server. Kindly restart the Emsigner - GST Portal

Install latest Java and Emsigner
Exit the Emsigner from the system tray icon
Run Command Prompt as admin and type the following commands
netsh ENTER
interface ENTER
port proxy ENTER
add v4tov4 listenport=1645 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 connectport=1585 connectaddress=127.0.0.1 ENTER
Next Open Chrome Goto Settings > Advanced > Content Settings > Javascript
Under allow, tab Click add on the right side - and add these two addresses
https://127.0.0.1:1585 and also https://120.0.0.1:1585
Restart Chrome and type the link https://127.0.0.1:1585 and ENTER
on advanced link CLICK Proceed
Next RUN Emsigner as ADMIN

NOW ITS WORK PERFECTLY
