The first step:
We can use Group Policy editor tool. First press Windows + R button in Keyboard. It shows the Run window, type gpedit.mscand and click OK. After that, go to the following location:

Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Update

Double-click on the Configure Automatic Updates button and click on the pop-up menu that comes with Enabled, then select the Notify for download and notify for install option and click the Save Changes button. Done...

The second step:

First press Windows + R button in Keyboard. It shows the Run window, type services.msccommand and press Enter. after the pop-up window appears, click on the drop-down menu next to Startup type, and then select the Disabled option and press OK.

After restarting the computer goto Windows 10 Update Panel, click the Check for updates button. An error message will show stating that it is unable to verify the updates. Also, click the Advanced options button and note that you are not allowed to make changes to the download method. Updates where you will see a message "Some settings are managed by your organization".
